Privacy notice
Effective 10 October 2026.
The Wheel Stopper Guy collects the name, mobile number, suburb and optional email, message and photograph you provide when asking for a quote. We use this information to assess suitability, reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you agree to.
How we handle enquiries
Our website provider, Netlify, processes and stores form submissions, including any uploaded image. Our business records are held in Airtable and relevant business documents in Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside Australia. Access is restricted to business operations and the service providers needed to handle your enquiry.
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related work and business recordkeeping. Email us if you want to access, correct or request deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for recordkeeping obligations.
Your photos and contact details
We do not sell your contact details or publish customer installation photos without separate permission. Consent to an enquiry is not consent to marketing. Avoid including people, number plates, financial details or other sensitive information in uploaded images.
No advertising trackers or analytics cookies are added by this website. Hosting providers may keep security and operational logs.
